Objective

As an in-house designer, my goal is to support and inspire marketing and creative teams with smart and strategic designs that improve the value-perception of a company or brand. As a result, I look for measurable boosts in traffic, lead generation, and/or sales.

As a design leader, my goal is to effectively direct the creative and visual design of junior designers, external vendors, and internal clients to drive and maintain consistency, strategy, and effectiveness. I also work to institute lean processes and workflows that minimize rework and waste.

As a designer, my goal is to execute graphic designs, interactive designs, and multimedia/video experiences at the highest level. My goal is also to constantly learn an expand my capabilities with a uniquely expansive variety of mediums, technologies and techniques, which ensures there is rarely a limitation on what can be executed by myself or my team in-house.
